Daniel J. Rosseljong, PMP certified
March 31, 2010Sumitomo Machinery Corporation of America (SMA) recognizes the need for our employees to become PMP Certified and able to better manage projects from inception to delivery. We are proud to announce that Daniel J. Rosseljong, our Chief Product Engineer, is a member of the Project Management Institute and became PMP certified as of March 22nd. Dan received his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1992. Dan has 17 years of experience specializing in industrial geared products, starting with engineering applications in support of product sales to more recently, product development and management of multiple projects. He has authored and co-authored a number of papers relative to steel mill and wastewater treatment applications, failure analysis and also maintenance and reliability.
Having PMP certified employees demonstrates Sumitomo’s ability to have the skills necessary to execute projects to stakeholders expectations on time and within budget. Sumitomo plans to continue investing in PMI, our PMP certified managers and improve our project-related business.
